International Partnership

Gforce Systems & Technologies (P) Ltd. Document Management System

GFST GFST has implemented the world renowned M-Files® Document Management System at the Nepal Police Headquarters in Naxal from June 2014.

M-Files will help the Police Department succeed in today’s fast-paced and information-intensive environment by improving efficiency and maximizing the reusability of information. Because of M-Files unique metadata-driven architecture, and by providing a powerful yet easy-to-use solution that helps it organize, manage and track documents and information, the Police is provided with such features like controlled editing of documents, quick and easy access to information, security of sensitive documents, scanning and archiving of documents and integration with existing systems.

Data Management/Digitization

GFST GFST has been providing Digitization services to the largest telecommunications company of Nepal, Ncell Pvt. Ltd., which is part of the TeliaSonera Group, for the last three years with over 200 IT staff working on it.

GFST GFST has also begun Digitization services to state owned telecommunications Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited or Nepal Telecom from July 2014 onwards.

The Data Management/Digitization process is as follows:

  • Counting/Receiving/Verification: Our agents receive the forms and count it to verify that we have received the same amount of documents as stated. The agents will further go over the forms to check that all the data is complete and make corrections as per the instructions provided.
  • Scanning/Punching/Filing: Our agents scan the forms as per the instructions/format provided and store it in a server. The scanned documents will then be filed into folders in a systematic manner.
  • Data Entry/Verification/DMS: Our agents manually enter the data in the forms into the customized Document Management System as per the guidelines/instructions provided. The corresponding scanned document will also be uploaded in the database. Our agents will again verify that the documents are correct and complete.

The process is such that the customer first opens an iPay account which he pre fills with funds. Petrol Pump Management System: GFST has developed a web based Petrol Pump Management System allowing the vendor to keep track of prices, stock and sales of petroleum products. It is a secure system allowing for user management and generation of various reports like daily transactions, low-stock alert, payment records and various other related reports.
